Where will the VILLE letters be placed on campus

The VILLE letters will not be available on days coinciding with the following events:

University Open Houses
University Preview Days
University Admitted Student Days
Orientation
Fall Arrival Program Days

By clicking the boxes below, the department requesting the use of the VILLE letters agrees to the following terms.

The VILLE letters must be reserved at least seven days prior to event.

The VILLE letters will only be moved after the requestor has submitted a moving request at least 7 days in advance of the event. The MU Moving Department is only available to move the VILLE letters Monday- Friday, 7:00am until 2:30pm.

The MU Moving Department will deliver the letters in advance of event, but the requestor is responsible for placement and set-up of letters.

The VILLE letters may be placed outside but must be brought inside daily. The letters cannot stay out at night and must be stored in a secured location. This is the responsibility of the requesting department.

If the VILLE letters are damaged/stolen, the requesting department will assume the cost of replacement ($2695 per letter).
